What happens after I sign up?
Nothing scary. You get full Starter access straight away: no card, no commitment, no surprise charge. Poke around, try things. When you're ready, upgrade to Essential (£15/month) or Pro (£35/month), and if you joined as a founder, the rate you upgrade on is yours forever.
Are the e-signatures actually legit?
Yes, proper legally binding, not a typed name in a box. They meet the UK Electronic Communications Act 2000 and EU eIDAS standards. Every signature gets a full audit trail (timestamp, IP, identity). Same legal weight as pen on paper.
What's the founder deal?

What happens to my stuff if I cancel?
Cancelling just drops you to the free Starter plan, so your contracts, invoices, and time logs stay put and you can export them anytime. Nothing gets deleted. If you ever choose to fully delete your account, there's a 30-day grace period to change your mind, then we remove your personal details (invoices and contracts are kept, with your personal data stripped out, only as long as UK tax law requires). We don't hold your data hostage to keep you subscribed.
Does this replace my accountant?
No, and it's not trying to. HelloNoa kills the admin work your accountant shouldn't be doing anyway: drafting contracts, tracking hours, chasing invoices. Come tax time, you hand them clean, organised records.
What do my clients actually see?
A clean, branded portal with your logo. They review proposals, sign contracts, and pay invoices, no account required. One secure link, your branding, done.
I used AND.CO / Fiverr Workspace. Can I switch?
